Where to sign in

Metaclinic runs several separate systems, and which one you use depends on what you do rather than on who you work for. That set is changing. A new laboratory information system is in live testing now, and the systems listed as current are the ones it replaces. Accounts are granted inside the tenant that owns your work; none of these pages will create one for you.

The new laboratory information system

The next version of the LIS is in live testing. It is where development and support are going, and it is the destination for the migration below. Anyone being onboarded now is being onboarded here rather than onto the current systems.

Laboratory information system (beta)
In live testing. The system the current ones migrate to.

Migration is 1 September 2026

On 1 September 2026 the current systems below migrate to the new laboratory information system. After that date they stop being supported: no further development, and no support for the current versions. Support continues on the new system only. If you hold an account in more than one of them, that is the date to have moved by.

Current systems

Laboratory information system
Current link. Accessioning, results, and the reporting and billing that hang off them. Migrating 1 September 2026.
Marketplace
Current link. Ordering esoteric laboratory services that no single laboratory runs economically on its own. Migrating 1 September 2026.
GPS marketplace
Current link. The marketplace instance serving the GPS laboratory network. Migrating 1 September 2026.

The platform

Metaclinic platform
The platform itself, and the destination behind the sign-in link at the top of every page on this site. Not affected by the migration.

If you cannot get in

Password resets are handled inside each system rather than here. If your account exists but the tenant is wrong, that is an administrative change and not a reset — ask the person who administers your tenant.

Which stakeholder is currently asking you for data you cannot easily give them?

That is the useful first conversation, and it is a short one. Bring the laboratories, the practices, and the thing that breaks today.
