Tension headaches are due to the contraction of the muscles of the neck and head. There could be many reasons why this happens. First, incorrect body posture while working leads to a buildup of tension in the neck then causing headaches. However, daily work stress, emotional stress and depression can increase the tension. Tension headaches may well be regarded as a “disease” of modern man, due to the limited capacity we have to relax completely.

Regular physical activity is another thing you should include in your weekly routine. Exercise 30 minutes every day, or at least 3-4 times a week and feel much better.
