Heart Healthy Diet for Healthy Living

Healthy livingFor blankets healthy living habits, you will need a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, physical exercise and avoiding harmful habits such as snuff.

One issue that must take into account, is to find a balance between the number of calories you eat each day and the amount you use in daily activity.

It is important to maintain these healthy habits:

Include at least five fruits a day and add vegetables, a serving raw and other steamed or grilled, but always free of fat to the diet.

It is preferable to take cereals, preferably whole, which provide more fiber, and feel fuller. At breakfast cereals need to be taken next to a dairy and one or two pieces of fruit, such as amaranth, and oats eltrigosarraceno, nutritious and energy for the day.

It is important to choose fat-free products, comoavessin skin or fat, lean meats and fish. Take olive oil, preferably virgin.

Limit junk food, fried foods, fats and carbonated beverages and reduce consumption of products with trans fats present in precooked products principalmentes. Watch the salt, use spices to add flavor and controls and moderate alcohol intake.
