If you read any Insanity Workout review, it almost always mentions how insanely tough the workout is. The Insanity Workout is almost exclusively interval training cardio, which is extremely tough unless you are already in excellent shape. Insanity uses Max Interval Training, and includes They’re a mixture of cardio, plyometrics and calisthenics, so you’ll be doing exercises like pushups and jogging in place, plus lots of jumping for long intervals with short breaks.

The Turbo Fire workout also incorporates interval training, only it’s called high intensity interval training. It incorporates weight resistance and cardio as well. It’s brutal, but the interval training is every other day, not everyday like the Insanity workout. This does not mean you get a day off though, there are other workouts to do in between the high intensity interval training. The Turbo Fire workouts are slightly shorter too.
