System Saphenous VaricoseFirst we must determine what type of varicose veins is, in fact, there are commonly called micro-variations that do not belong to the true capillaries and varicose veins that are often only an aesthetic meaning and are treated with sclerotherapy.

There are side effects to the system saphenous varicose veins that is of large diameter from about ½ cm, which instead require either a mousse with sclerotherapy or ambulatory surgery called a mini-phlebotomy under local anesthesia.

The scleromousse has the same principles of sclerotherapy, only the liquid is injected as sclerosing foam as it is added with oxygen, this leads to a weaker rate of liquid sclerotherapy.

If it is, rather, a failure of the saphenous vein, then the choice is between the traditional stripping surgery (trivially extract the saphenous vein), the burning End laser the vein, or scleromousse.

The choice between these different techniques depends on the experience of those who perform and less invasive of end laser scleromoussse therapy or with respect to traditional stripping.
